Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] Items sent back to us without prior request for return are not accepted. The returned goods need to be returned at the buyer's expense, and refunded after receipt and inspection.

 Lost/missing items
If for some reason your item does not arrive, we will be happy to refund and initiate an internal investigation of our logistics provider. The item must not be completed within 45 days before a refund request can be issued, and the tracking must not show that the item has been delivered.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged or received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

cancel order 
Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after purchase. The payment will be returned to the buyer via the initial payment method on the order. Please note that we cannot cancel the order after this 12-hour window.

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
